Week 16 Predictions

Arizona Cardinals v New York JetsLast week was a very strong one for my predictions in one that I thought would be very tough. This should be another great weekend of NFL football as playoff spots and seeding continues to be on the line.

Week 15 results:

Last week: 11-5, Season: 142-82

Last week against the spread: 11-5, Season: 100-124

Game of the weak: Chargers vs Jets: Both of these teams at this point have nothing to play for. Look for them to evaluate the younger players on the roster the rest of the way. Most notably is the Jets deciding to go with Greg McElroy at quarterback and benching the heavily criticized Mark Sanchez. Chargers 23 Jets (-2.5) 16

Game of the week: 49ers vs Seahawks: This game has all the makings of an excellent one. The 49ers are coming off a huge win in New England over the Patriots while the Seahawks are one of the league’s hottest teams. It should be very interesting to see how Colin Kaepernick plays on the road in a hostile environment as Seattle is one of the few true “homefield advantages” in the league. 49ers 21 Seahawks (+1.5) 26

Falcons 27 Lions (+3.5) 23

Raiders 20 Panthers (-8.5) 26

Saints 24 Cowboys (-3.5) 28

Titans 17 Packers (-12.5) 31

Vikings 20 Texans (-7.5) 28

Patriots 36 Jaguars (+14.5) 17

Colts 27 Chiefs (+7.5) 16

Bills 20 Dolphins (-4.5) 23

Redskins 26 Eagles (+6.5) 20

Bengals 17 Steelers (-3.5) 20

Rams 20 Buccaneers (-3.5)30

Browns 14 Broncos (-13.5) 31

Bears 26 Cardinals (+5.5) 13

Giants 27 Ravens (+2.5) 23
